WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

WARRANTY:

We strive to provide the highest quality hydrogen generating equipment possible. All units go through rigorous quality control before they are packed and shipped to the end user. 

 

We offer a one (1) year warranty for our hydrogen generation products on manufacturer defects only. If water other than distilled or ultra-purified zero (0) TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is used then the warranty becomes void. During the warranty period, if there is a problem, at first we will attempt to diagnose and fix the issue remotely, and if the problem persists then the customer can send the unit back to our U.S. warehouse and we will either fix or replace the unit. The customer will send the unit back at their own cost. We will make a determination if the defect is covered under warranty at which time if it is then shipping charges will be refunded.

In all cases, we will do our best to support clients to resolve all issues for the proper operation of the equipment. 

 

RETURNS: 

 

All sales are final with the exception of unopened boxes containing new unused equipment which are eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
